The Music Factory guarantees all our instruments.
Used instruments are guaranteed for 1 year.
New instruments are guaranteed for 3 years.
The Music Factory guarantees the instruments against defects in materials and workmanship.

To help eliminate the risk when buying an instrument, the Music Factory offers a Buy Back Guarantee (applies only to student model instruments). The Music Factory Buy Back Guarantee, guarantees that the Music Factory will buy back an instrument sold by the Music Factory, within 1 year from date of purchase. The Music Factory guarantees to pay the purchase price less an hire fee and less the cost of servicing the instrument (service fee will vary from instrument to instrument). If the student decides to give up within 1 year, the cost will be limited to a hire fee and servicing fee and they will not be left with an unused instrument lying under the bed!

The Buy Back Guarantee is subject to the following:

1. The Buy Back instrument must be in the same condition as it was at date of purchase, this will be determined by the Music Factory.
2. Any repairs due to damage or excessive wear and tear will be at the expense of the purchaser, this will be determined by the Music Factory.
3. The Buy Back instrument may require a service after one year’s use, which will be at the expense of the purchaser, this will be determined by the Music Factory.
4. The Buy Back Guarantee is not transferable.
